Avoid these foods if heartburn




Food and beverage intake should be brought to the attention of the sufferer of heartburn. We should avoid foods that cause or bogging down symptoms of heartburn, among other foods that contain too much gas and fiber, such as vegetables Collards and cabbage, fruits (jackfruit, banana), fibrous foods (dried fruit).

In addition to food and drink, there are several sources that carbohydrate should be avoided, such as sticky rice, noodles, rice noodles, corn, yams, cassava, taro, and lunkhead.
